All the kinds of registration listed below will be possible in this field starting from April 1, 2010. The fees are listed below. Registrations to workshop and tutorials will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis.

Full Registration

Registration as Accompanying Member

120 euros before May 1, 2010
180 euros from May 1, 2010 on

This registration gives access to the “Events for Accompanying Members” listed in the homologous field

Cancellation

Registered delegates can cancel their registration until May 31, 2010. In this case, a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the paid amount will be retained from the organizers. The rest will be refunded. After May 31, 2010 no refund for cancellation will be acknowledged.
Cancellations must be done by means of a signed fax sent to +39-0832-422225.

Liability

The Organizing Committee cannot accept any responsibility for personal accidents or damage to private property of the participants. The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organizers should the holding of the symposium be hindered or prevented by unforeseen political or economical events or by force majeure, or should non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate program changes.
With his/her registration the participant accepts this proviso.
