IBAM currently operates in close agreement with the University of Salento (Lecce), Faculty of Cultural Heritage, the University of Basilicata, Potenza, and with the University of Catania, Faculty of Letters and Philosophy.
More recently, a working agreement on development of a specific research project has been signed with the Faculty of Letters and Philosophy, University of Messina.
Principles of researchers's mobility between CNR and the University are now contained in the new framework agreement, and in light of the expiry of the first one, are being signed for the years 2010-2014.
